Nk250 Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully before using any nk250 services. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to nk250, a digital entertainment platform operating in Malaysia that provides sports betting, lottery, Live Casino and mobile gaming services. By accessing, registering for or using any part of the nk250 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance is comprehensive and unconditional, covering all features, functions and services offered by nk250. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately. nk250 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any of these terms at any time with or without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform following the enforcement of any amendments will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. These terms apply to all users, including unregistered visitors, registered users and any party accessing nk250 content via mobile device, web browser or official application. You confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to use entertainment and betting services in your jurisdiction. Use by any individual below the stipulated age limit is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and further action.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of nk250 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, active phone number and a valid email address. Each user is permitted to hold only one account; owning more than one account is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated. nk250 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. Inaccurate or false information may result in your account being frozen and any associated funds withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nk250 account username and password. All activity conducted through your account will be treated as your own actions, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team. You are advised to use a strong, unique password and not share it with anyone. Enable two-factor authentication where available for an added layer of security. nk250 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Nk250 users are required to use this platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You agree not to use the platform for fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, or any other illegal activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform. Any attempt to hack, reverse engineer, exploit system bugs or disrupt platform operations is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Users are also not permitted to use automated software, bots or third-party scripts to interact with nk250 systems without prior written authorisation.
Nk250 prohibits any form of communication that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory or that infringes on the privacy of others across any communication channel provided by the platform. You agree that all information entered into the system is accurate and not misleading. Violating any of these platform usage rules entitles nk250 to suspend, restrict or terminate your account without compensation. Users suspected of involvement in suspicious activity will be referred to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the nk250 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through payment methods approved by nk250, including local bank transfers, supported e-wallets and digital payment methods available in Malaysia. Minimum and maximum deposit or withdrawal limits are subject to change in line with current platform policy, and users are encouraged to check their account page for the latest information. nk250 is not responsible for any fees charged by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the nk250 account holder, as a fraud prevention and financial compliance measure. Withdrawal processing times range from one to five business days depending on the method selected and internal verification procedures. nk250 reserves the right to delay or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or a breach of platform terms. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the nk250 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Funds that have been withdrawn through a legitimate process cannot be reclaimed unless a verifiable technical error can be demonstrated.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Nk250 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability, freedom from errors, or the suitability of its services for any particular user purpose. The platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use nk250 services, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, technical disruptions or data loss. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, nk250's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user to the platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Nk250 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account for investigation purposes when there are signs of unusual activity or a third-party complaint has been received. Permanent account termination may occur for reasons including confirmed fraud, repeated breaches of the terms of use, or at the user's own request through official channels. In cases where an account is terminated due to confirmed fraud, nk250 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account. Users who voluntarily request account closure are entitled to withdraw any legitimate balance in accordance with the prescribed procedures. Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to maintenance fees or automatic closure under nk250's current policy.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the nk250 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphic designs, text, images, software code, domain names and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of nk250 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law and relevant international conventions. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, publish or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from nk250. Any unauthorised use of nk250's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal legal action. nk250's trade names and trademarks may not be used in any form of advertising, partnership or association without written approval.
The nk250 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services for user convenience only. nk250 has no control over the content, privacy policies or practices of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of such links. nk250 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to business, legal or technical requirements. Significant amendments will be communicated to registered users via email or in-app notification. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes arising will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
